I've gotten to the point where meat and eggs make me sick to my stomach so I don't eat them often. A typical day for me looks like this. I need to lose 40 more pounds and I need ideas on how to jump start it because it's my weight refuses to go lower.
Breakfast
Either an atkins bar (3 carbs 250 calories)
or one packet of sugarfree oatmeal
(zero grams sugar carbs unknown amount of actual carbs to count)
Lunch is either a southbeach diet boxed lunch
(9 grams carbs 250 calories)
or a salad which is about the same in terms of carbs/calories
snack atkins bar 250 calories 3 carbs
dinner usually chicken and broccoli or brussel sprouts
7 carbs 250 calories
total carbs per day usually around 30
total calories usually around 900-1400
