hi everyone, im not new to this way of eating but i sure have been gone for awhile and realized this is the best way for my body, i would love to post my menus here daily to see how they look to you all who have been doing this longer, and since i did not do it right the first two times around
i want to make sure i do it just by the book. I find myself hard to not go over 20 carbs when im planning my menus i want to add more veggies at dinner, i also have given up diet coke which is huge for me but im really trying to see what works for my body, i have been eating sb for the last month and could not lose not one pound and i have been excercising my butt off. I am giving up cheese as well i think it is a problem for me, i get bloated and my face stays broke out but i went to a cleaner version last time i did atkins and that is the one thing i gave up and wow i started losing and face cleared up and no more gas it was awesome but i also gave up the bacon and sausage in the morning, which i have not done that this time around yet, i really think it was the cheese. well here is my menu for today
bfast-4 scrambled eggs in butter, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 6oz cup of coffee i know that is a no no for induction but caffeine does not throw make me crave i had it with hc and splenda and im use to drinking 2-3 cups in the morning, being a stay at home mom and getting up to get the kids off to school i just drink away so im limiting myself to 1 cup.
lunch-2 cups of salad, topped with cucumbers, 4 cherry tomatoes, and a roasted chicken breast with blue cheese dressing.
dinner-baked salmon topped with a little mayo, roasted green beans.
my total calories were 2013
fat=69%
carbs=4%
protein=27%
water intake is about 12 8oz glasses i drink out of this 32oz bottle which i make sure i drink at least 3 a day but some days i will do 4. I also excercise on a regular basis. I really want this to work, i want to feel better about myself and be a better role model to my kids.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
