    decaf coffee w/ half n half

    Lunch: 1 burger w/ 1 slice cheese No Bun and 5 olives

    Dinner: Baked Fish w/ 1 cup string beans

    Snack: SF Jello

    Joe--I'm gonna pretend I'm sombody's mamma and say, eat all your veggies! Make sure you're getting 3 cups salad veggies a day, OR 2 cups salad, one cup "other." Also, watch the condiments on your burgers...mayo, mustard are OK, ketchup is a no-no.

    If you're hungry, EAT! If I'm hungry and want a snack my favorite thing to fix is pepperoni with mozzarella melted over top, sprinkled with oregano.........mmm!

    Remember, you can also have 3-4 oz. of cheese a day, and by all means, if it doesn't trouble you, eat it! Have you entered in your food at www.fitday.com? Your percentages should be 5% carbs, 30% protein, 65% fat.

      you are missing 2 cups of your veggies. those induction veggies contain lots of micro nutrienants we need and they lay the foundation for us building on OWL on our Atkins house of food the concept of having some protein some fat and some carb every time we eat.
