  • Please Review

    I'm not doing bad. But I need some comments and suggestions.

    Breakfast
    3 eggs
    .5 butter
    1oz Cream Cheese
    5 strips bacon (no sugar)
    1 flax muffin (eaten thru out the day)

    4oz decaf with one Splenda and 2tsp whipping cream

    Lunch
    2 cups salad (1.5 cup lettuce (romaine/iceburg) + 1/2 cup red pepper or orange pepper + 6 sliced green olives)
    3 Tablespoons Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing
    1 can tuna or 1 can chicken

    4oz decaf with one Splenda and 2tsp whipping cream

    Snack
    3 slices Boarshead deli roast beef or turkey
    1oz cream cheese mixed with
    1 Tablespoon dill relish

    Dinner
    Steak or chicken or hamburger
    (Steak broiled)
    (Chicken is breaded with pork rinds and parm cheese)
    (Hamburger with 1oz chedar cheese and 1 tablespoon mayo)
    1 cup veggie from the list

    Breakfast and lunch always the same.

    90 oz water
    Cardio workout 4 times per week for 45 mins + Sauna

    Anyone see any problems? Make suggestions?

      Looks great to me! You might get a little bored with the same breakfast/lunch everyday, unless you're like me. I have the same two breakfasts every day pretty much for the past two years.

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Thanks guys!

          I really enjoy my breakfast. Never get tired of it. Lunch is another story. Salad Salad Salad.

          Maybe some day I will figure something else out to eat for lunch.

            Me too! I LOVE breakfast, and I am loving the things I picked to eat all the time.
