  • Check out what I'm eating

    Just want someone else to take a look at what I'm eating and let me know what they think. I'm on the dairy rung of OWL. Am I doing this right?

    Today's meals:

    Breakfast:
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 cup broccoli
    2 eggs (all together like an omelette)

    Lunch:
    2 cups lettuce
    1 HB egg
    1/2 cup diced ham
    2 tbsp cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp homemade ranch dressing

    Snack 3 pm:
    1/2 cup cottage cheese

    Supper:
    2 medium chicken thighs
    1/2 cup pumpkin, mashed

    Beverages: Water, 100 oz
    Chasin2Kids

    Female
    Start: 11-9-06

    Looks fine to me. Do your percentages work out? Basically what I did was keep eating 3 SERVINGS of dairy, not 3 servings of cheese. I would eat 1 or 2 servings of cheese (like from induction) and my other serving for the day might be yogurt, or ricotta cheese, or heavy cream. I substituted a "cheese" serving for a "dairy" serving. Looks like you're doing the same thing--just make sure if you introduce a new food, you eat it only 3x the first week, then you can have it daily (if it causes no ill effects) after that.
