Just want someone else to take a look at what I'm eating and let me know what they think. I'm on the dairy rung of OWL. Am I doing this right?
Today's meals:
Breakfast:
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup broccoli
2 eggs (all together like an omelette)
Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1 HB egg
1/2 cup diced ham
2 tbsp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp homemade ranch dressing
Snack 3 pm:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Supper:
2 medium chicken thighs
1/2 cup pumpkin, mashed
Beverages: Water, 100 oz
