It's been a week since I restarted Induction. I weighted myself this morning expecting to see a weight loss. But the scales showed the same result as it was a week ago, no change in my measurements as well

but you do seem to be eating maybe more cheese than the recommended 3-4 ounces a day - on Friday it looks like 10 ounces in total!!
