  • Help - No weight loss in 3 weeks.

It's not very dressy but it is what i eat just about every day. Any suggestions?

Breakfast - 3 Egg Omelett with cheese and leftover meat from dinner

Lunch - Cheeseburger no bun. Includes tomatoe, lettuce and Onion, Dry
Or Salad with ranch and leftover meat from dinner

Dinner - 1/4 Lb of steak, chicken or pork, and green beans

I snack on pork rinds in between.

    Water - About 120 OZ's a day

Excersize - I sit on my behind all day behind a desk and just now got a treadmill, trying to do 1 mile a day till i am used to it.

It looks good to me, Tracie.

You could add some salad veggies (mushrooms? peppers?) to the omelette to get some veggies in that meal as well as the others as long as you stick to the 2 cups salad veggies plus one of the other list (beans) over the day.

Some people find too many pork rinds (with them being so salty) give them problems but as long as you are losing then it should be fine. Someone here who was in contact with the Atkins clinic when Dr A was alive was told we should have no more than a cup of pork rinds btw.

It looks as if you are getting plenty of water too - well doen
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Adding exercise will definitely help you long term...but you may actually be gaining lean muscle mass in the interim. Don't sweat it, as this stuff burns more calories and will allow you much more mobility and overall weight loss through the upcoming years.

No comment on your menu...it looks good to me.

Just a few words of encouragement...when the scales won't move and the frustration sets in, don't forget to believe in the process. We all believe (I think) that if you put gas in your car, it will run. It's the same thing here. We know that this works...sometimes it takes longer than what we want it to, but we know it works. Keep working the process and it will work for you!

The food choices look great, but I would maybe suggest eating more. 1/4lb of meat for dinner is only 4 oz. Don't restrict yourself by calories, but by how you feel. Are you satisfied eating this amount?
