breakfast: 3 slices bacon
2 eggs fried in pam
Lunch: 2 small chicken burgers - 1 cup minced baked chicken (white and dark)
1 tbls mayo
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp mrs. dash
(made into pattys and fried in 2 tbls olive oil)
1 cup green leaf lettuce,
1/4 green bell peper,
1/4 cucumber,
1 tsp itaillian dressing (3 carbs for 2 tbls)
Snack: 5 chicken wings (unbreaded w/skin) deep fried in vegetable oil,
1 tbls hot sauce
Dinner: 1 can tuna
tsp. mrs. dash
1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes
tbls. mayo
1 cup green leaf lettuce
Water: 5 16 oz glasses

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
