well I think I have been doing good as far as carb count goes, I started using my fitday account again and added up all the foods Ive eatin since monday when I started. Im averaging about 10-11 carbs a day which I beleive is right on track. struggling with the water but im doing that too.
Btw.... the chicken I made for dinner was soooooooo freakin awesome, everyone should try it, its simple to make and youll be sitting there going "I cant beleive im on a diet!" I know I was.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup chopped ham
2 eggs fried
1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
Lunch: 11 chicken wings, deep fried
1 tbls wing sauce, (1 carb per tbls)
1/4 bell peper sliced
dipping sauce for wings: 2 tbls mayo
1 tsp mrs. dash
1 tsp dijon mustard
Dinner: (cheese stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon)
med. chicken breast
1oz cheese
2 slices bacon
covered in 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cucumber
1 tbls Itailan dressing (3 carbs per two tablespoons)
5 16oz glasses water

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
