you might have gone a little over your cheese allowance, but on the whole it looks as if you chose wisely.

You might be better off nutritionally to have some veggies at each meal instead of all at one meal, but maybe you 'saved' your veggies allowance knowing you would need to use them in your buffet meal? Try in future to space your veggies out if you can to minimise any possible 'blood sugar spikes' by having them all at once.

As for quantities, as long as you are eating because you are hungry and not because it is there on the plate/inside your carb 'budget' and you stop eating when you are no longer hungry you are doing well.

We often have days we seem not to be hungry and others when we cant stop eating, but if you listen to your hunger and learn to recognise it and eat according to it you will soon be a big loser I am sure
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Are you on induction? If you are then you went over your veggie limit! However I wouldn't worry about it. I would rather see someone going over the veggie limit as opposed to someone posting about eating Atkins bars or "oops I went to Golden Corral and ate brownies, did I screw up?".
