Re: please take a look
Your fitday looks great. Not with fiday you cannot see what you are having at each meal. Make sure combine veggies with fat/protein adn spread the veggies out during the day. Again you might be doing this already but you cannot tell with fitday. I am not sure how many calories you should be eating to support your basal metabolism. Doesn't that say at your fitday? Humm I think your calories look fine. Just remember to eat until you feel satified. No need to feel hungry or to feel stuffed on this diet(cause you can always get a snack later). Keep up the good work!Maggie(F) age 31

Re: please take a look
Looks good to me too!
Does your fitday show fiber carbs (often we cant see all the info you can with the 'public' link) If not you need to set a 'goal' for fiber so fitday will show it so you can deduct the fiber to get your net carbs total.
Fitday will show you what it calls your 'basal calories' which is the amount of calories it calculates you need just to stay alive according to your age, weight and indicated activity, and you shouldnt be eating below that too many days, but dont fret about it.
As said, we dont need to 'count' calories but concentrate on the net carbs and on feeding our hunger. You will have some days where you need to eat more to do that, and others where you will need to follow the 'no more than 6 hours without food' rule and eat a small snack when you arent hungry at all.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
