  • Day one, mission possible!

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Breakfast- bacon, scrambled eggs, grilled tomato
    lunch- chicken legs, stilton cheese and lettuce with dressing (oil and vinegar)
    dinner- steak with garlic butter and mushrooms

    2litres water
    2 cups of green tea, no milk.
    Sugarfree jelly with a little cream
    multivitamin and milk thistle.....do i need any other supplements?

    Would the weightloss be better if i had less butter and took the skin off the chicken? I cant get my head around the fat content allowed!

    I don't know everything BUT I DO Know that butter and skin is good for you on the atkins. That is my favorite part.
