ok...this is what i've had today:
breakfast: (homemade) 3 eggs scrambled, 1 slice american cheese (i know i'm probably not supposed to eat american yet, but i really dont like any other kind with my eggs), and a decaf coffee with 1 tbl cream and 2 splendas.
lunch: roasted chicken with 2 tbl tomato sauce, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 tsp of: onion, carrots, and celery, 2 tbl dressing (i read the bottle....3 net carbs per 2 tbl.)
ok, my count is: for breakfast-5.1 net carbs
for lunch-6.1 net carbs
i've also drank exactly 46 ounces of water today, only 3 more "servings" left! my goal is to drink 115 ounces a day.
am i doing this correctly? i'm using the carb counter that came with the book and fitday. thanks a toooon!
