Tomorrow is yet another attempt (hopefully the last for a long time) at Day 1 of Induction for me. I've already planned out my menu and put it into fitday but my amounts are a little off, can someone help please!?!?!
My menu is:
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/green peppers & onions fried in butter
1 slice of american cheese over eggs
3 slices turkey bacon
Lunch:
Salad -
1.5 cup iceberg lettuce
grated cheddar cheese
Bacon Bits
1 cut up grilled chicken breast
ranch dressing
snack:
(10) Pepperoni slices
Dinner:
Lobster pieces wrapped in bacon and cooked in garlic butter
small side dinner salad
16 oz. tea sweetened with 2 packets of splenda
Water Goal : 120 oz (7.5 refills of my 16 oz. thermos)
Supplements:
(3) Atkins Brand Basic 3 Daily Vitamins
(3) Apex Fat Burn 3 (recommended by my personal trainer - but they have caffeine in them so not sure on these yet...)
Exercise:
(1) 10 minute "Dance away the pounds" workout
20 minutes elliptical
And fitday says the totals are as follows:
Totals:
Calories: 1262
Fat: 76g = 56%
Carbs: 16g = 4%
Protein: 123g = 40%
What do I need to add in to get my totals closer to what Dr Atkins recommends?
