I'd lose the "mockafoni and cheese ( 1 serving )" and substitute a big salad....

I'd also consider dropping the coffee...I know...but it might really make a difference. Your splenda usage is a little over and I imagine the cream and splenda will go along with the coffee right?Higgies

thanks you guys, actually i made that mockafoni and cheese off of lindas website last night and i had some leftover, but will not be making that one again, even though most of the things on her website are really good, this one was just a little to cheesy to me, coffee is another story lol, actually i do not crave with coffee it does the opposite, but i do drink 2 cups in the morning with 2 splendas in each, i did go from 3 splendas to 2 in the last week and might try one in each because this morning it tasted sweeter than usual. I need to get to the store for salad stuff, i had to throw some out today, a little on the icky side, but im going to be honest, i get tired of salad real quick, now i love veggies like squash, cabbage, green beans but a salad i will eat but i cant do it everyday. I think it is from when i worked in a hospital and was on atkins the first time and i ate salad everyday, and just got burnt out, but i do eat them occasionaly.

It is important to keep eating your 'salad vegetables' even though you are now on OWL.
Remember the 2-3 cups of 'list one' plus 1 cup off the 'other list' if you only have 2 cups of the first list is a daily requirement all through the Atkins phases. so you are adding your rung one veggies to that!
But not neccessarily as salad (lettuce etc). Many of the 2-cup list foods can be cooked - peppers, mushrooms, celery etc are great cooked in butter or oil as a side dish or added as a sauce to meat etc.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I hear ya, but it's not really the cravings from coffee...it's the caffeine. It has negative effects on a lot of people, but the 4 splenda is one over your daily allowance. Just keep that in mind. I LOVE squash (zucchini and summer) and usually eat that almost every night with my meals.Higgies
