Hello everyone, I'm brand spanking new to the forum and I've been reading and learning so much. I'm on day 1 of induction and I'm alittle considered about my meal plan for the day. I tried figuring things out on Fitday, but couldn't find everything I was looking for (ex: grilled chicken breast). I'm worried that I might have in too much protein by the end of the day. Can someone help out? TIA
Breakfast
4 scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, 2 tbs. butter
Mid Morning Snack
1 oz. mozzerella cheese
Lunch
6oz. grilled chicken breast (no skin)
2 cups romain lettuce/red cabbage/carrot blend bagged salad
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs. blue cheese dressing
For Dinner I plan
8-10 oz. boiled shrimp
1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
2 tbs. melted butter
Water intake 80-100 oz.
