    morning all,

    okay so day one is looking a bit like this

    b....2 eggs fried in butter
    no meat no time
    1 cup decaf coffee with 1/2 &1/2 ( this is gonna be hard)

    s.... 1 cheese stick full flavor


    l steak tips with a tablespoon of yes you guessed butter....1 cup of brocc

    dinner.......chicken breast w/ cheese on top.tabisco sauce.... maybe some bacon and 2 cups of mixed greens...not sure what ones i want yet.... so how am i looking?? oh yeah water water water water....

    and really not to be gross or anything breakfast came out as quick as it went in is this normal???

    Looks great! Good job.

    The 1/2 & 1/2 is technically not allowed, but I used it the whole time...didn't seem to affect me too much.

    Eggs can have that affect sometimes...don't worry, typically after eating like this for the first few days you might go the opposite way. If you find that, try some higher fiber veggies or a fiber supplement.

      you are so awesome .... is it okay to post my menu every day?? just to be sure. what is used in decaf coffee i thought i read in the book it was legal.....if its not i will switch to something else....i need to perfect on this for the first two weeks anyway....

        You can use cream in decaf quite happily.

          If you find yourself having headache's I would suggest you cutting out the decaf. I had them the first 2 weeks and someone told me decaf wasnt actually caffine free. If you have no problems with it go for it..but the heavy cream is the best for your coffee and it takes alot less of it than the half n half.

              Cincy said it well. Use heavy creme if you use anything. Personally, I found that I wasn't as crazy about coffee after I started drinking it without creme and sugar so I switched to decaf tea.

                After you rid your body of carbs and end the insulin crashes you will find that you sleep better than you ever have before and then you will not need caffeine to function. It is just a drug habit, although one that most people can't break because of their carb consumption and resulting insulin rollercoaster. Good luck!
