- I can't actually access your fitday from the link, so can't say anything about the foods you are eating. What is your BMR? Your calories strike me as possibly a tiny bit on the low side. Did you get enough to eat? Did you eat when you felt hungry? Since I don't know what you weigh, I can't even make a real guess about what your BMR is, but just a note - eating too far below it too often might slow your losses!

I have to tell ya, I did the same thing, ate so much that until recently you couldnt get me to eat the stuff....yuck.But now that fat is our friend, I have taken a new liking to it after all these years.Good luck.
