Can you guys check my fitday for today.I am trying hard to limit my calories but keep my carbs around 20. I am having primerib for dinner, so it looks like alot of meat, but the weight is with the bone in. Also when calculating desserts like the whip cream, am I entering in the prewhipped amount or the amount after I have whipped it. It comes to about 1/3 cup before its whipped but ends up at 1/2 cup when its done, so I enter 1/2 cup, is this right?

On fitday, you have the option of "cream, heavy, fluid" or "cream, heavy, whipped" and may measure it either way.
You're missing 1 cup of veggies, make sure to get them in! It looks like your percentages are pretty close, and adding in that extra cup of veggies should make them balance out almost perfectly.

I have been on atkins for a yr now, so I guess you could say I am into rung 2 .
Thanks about the different ways to add it.Makes sense now.

Yes, you've been on it for a year, but haven't you only been eating induction foods? Take the time to add those "new" foods back in slowly, so you can find out if you have food allergies or sensitivities.
