  • Day Three Check In....

    I HOPE THIS IS OKAY TO POST EVERDAY LIKE THIS, BUT I NEED TO KNOW IF I GOT IT DOWN PAT...... I WILL ONLY DO THIS FOR THE FIRST WEEK ...... I HOPE I'M NOT BEING TO ANNOYING.....

    HERE IT GOES:

    B...2 FRIED EGGS W/ CHEESE
    2 SLICES OF CANN BACON
    COFFEE W/CREAM

    SNACK...2 CELERY STALKS WITH CREAM CHESSE AND OLIVE MIX...

    LUNCH. 5 CHICKEN WINGS COOKED IN SB SALAD DRESSING (LOOK AT ME EATING SKIN).. 1 CUP OF BROCC

    SNACK...1 OZ CHEESE STICK

    DINNER UNKNOWN.... NOT SURE WHAT I FEEL LIKE...

    QUESTION: HOW DOES SALSA RATE ON THIS DIET?? I'M THINKING A TACO SALAD....DOESNT THAT SOUND GOOD??

    Taco salad is a weekly standard in our house. Just make your own seasoning instead of a store bought one full of starches and sugar. As for salsa - if you can find one with just induction legal veggies, no sugar added and a good carb count, that's good - otherwise, make your own - yummy! I also always eat my own guacamole whenever we have taco salad...1/2 an avocado is induction legal decadence, IMO!

      Lookin' good frenchfri! And how about that, eating chicken skin! I'm a wimp and still refuse to eat chicken skin, which is a major pain, because this means I always have to add fat (usually butter or ranch dressing) to my meals.

      Taco salad is AWESOME! It is one of my favorite induction-friendly meals! Like Kylie said, check the ingredients--salsa is tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapenos, etc., which are all acceptable. Just watch your serving size and count your carbs. YUMMMMMMMM!
