Here is my Day 1...
Breakfast:
2 servings Linda's ham and cheese quiche
Lunch:
2 pork chops (grilled)
80 g. coleslaw mix
1 tsp. vinegar
2 T. mayo
1 packet Splenda
Snack:
1 cheese stick (1 oz)
Dinner:
1 large chicken breast with hot sauce on it
2 T. Ranch Dressing
80 g. coleslaw mix
1 tsp. vinegar
2 T. mayo
1 packet Splenda
Snack:
2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 Splenda packet
1 tsp. DaVinci peanut butter syrup
Water: 128 oz today
Exercise: Walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes at 3 miles per hour.
