    Could someone please check FitDay to see what I ate yesterday (Wed, 7th)? There are more calories eaten than the previous 4 days - 1573 cals - was it too much?

    My weight has stayed the same for 5 days now, even though I walked very briskly for 50 minutes yesterday! It must be something I ate.

    Thanks for any comments

      No worries, relax....you don't necessarily lose every day. Maybe you should throw the scale away...

      The foiod looks good. Maybe eat some more veggies and food in general.

        Hello Aussie Gal, I was looking at your menu, your choices are pretty right on, however, you still need to add at least another cup of lettuce, salad mix, leafy greens...other than that, I'm pretty impressed! Way to go! Don't worry about the scale hon, it'll move. You are doing really good!

          Hi higgies and Scooter.... yes, it seems like I should be eating more veg - I'll make sure I do that tomorrow! It's now 11 p.m. Friday and I'm not going to eat anything now lol

          I can't understand why I have stayed the very same weight for SIX days, and on nearly ALL of those days, except maybe one, I have done lots of very brisk walking! Maybe some fat is turning into muscle? :/

          I really want to see a loss tomorrow! That will be the start of my 5th week. I am looking thinnner all over, and love my flat tummy, but when I'm sitting, my tummy is not that flat Not to worry, I have lost weight everywhere, and really wish I had measured myself before I started but I didn't. The tape measure would prove a lot.

          Well, I better get to bed. I think I did pretty good with food today (9th March). I actually had a slice of Swiss cheese half an hour ago, because FitDay showed my calories as only coming to 1100 something and I wanted to make it at least 1200. It worked, and surprisingly, the cheese made no difference to the fat/protein/carbs percentages, which turned out pretty good.

            It looks as if you are losing inches even if not weight, so why not take your measurements now so you have a reference point and can see how your body is reshaping itself even if you are not seeing the scales move!!

              Thanks for the link, Elizellen - just read it. I have lost a pound since I started this thread - that was good! Have gone up a tiny, tiny bit since.

              Yes, I regret not taking my measurements before I started 5 weeks ago - I will have to buy me a tape measure!
