Could someone please check FitDay to see what I ate yesterday (Wed, 7th)? There are more calories eaten than the previous 4 days - 1573 cals - was it too much?
My weight has stayed the same for 5 days now, even though I walked very briskly for 50 minutes yesterday! It must be something I ate.

Maybe some fat is turning into muscle? :/
Not to worry, I have lost weight everywhere, and really wish I had measured myself before I started but I didn't. The tape measure would prove a lot.
