    Day 4
    Breakfast 8am 2 eggs & cheddar cheese
    9am small coffee w/half pack of splenda
    2pm 6ounces tuna fish w/mayo & cheddar cheese
    6pm taco meat w/cheese 1.5 cups broccoli w/butter
    9pm 4pcs bacon & cream cheese & cucumber .5 cups

    60+ ounces of water today.

    Not bad. You need just a couple tweaks.

    Try to have some vegetables at all meals. (omelets are a great way to get them in at b-fast)

    3 cups of veggies per day. 2 of them come from the "salad" list and 1 can be from the other veggie list. Broccoli is on the other veggie list, so you're just a .5 cup over on that. You're wayyyy under on the salad list just having .5 cup of cucumber.

    Was there any cream, creamer, milk, half n half or anything like that in your small coffee? If so, you need to watch that. Heavy cream is the only of those allowed.

    You don't give amounts on your cheese. Keep in mind that we can only have 3-4 ounces of cheese a day. If you only had 1 ounce at each of those servings, then you're fine. If you had more than 1 ounce...then you're over a little bit.

    What's in the taco meat? Did you make it yourself? If not, be careful, because most commercially made taco seasonings contain sugar and corn starch. I've gotten where I'm a taco meat snob because I make my own with ground cumin, ground oregano, red pepper, cayenne pepper, etc. Very yummy.

    You need to make sure that you get a MINIMUM of 64 ounces of water plus an additional 8 ounces for every 25 lbs you want to lose. So, for you that is 64 + 20 = 84 MINIMUM. I drink at least 125 ounces a day, pure water.

      You were short 1 cup of vegis. You should have them early in the day so your vegis are spread out.
      You should have more water. At least 1/2 of your body weight.
      Dont forget we are limited to 3oz of cheese a day.
      You did a great job spreading out your meals.

        Cheese was 1 ounce per meal. Coffee had no cream or anything white in it.
        The taco meat was my creation. Its necessary to do things like that when you are trying to make only one meal for the family.

        I will do better on the water.
