Very new to this - and have to still pick up the book, but wanted to get a jump on my weight loss - and have been reviewing all the posts as much as possible to help me. Let me know what I can't have and what I'm missing. I know i need another serving of veggies for sure.
Will start next week with a nice veggie stuffed quiche of some sort.
Yesterday:
Breakfast:
Sausage/Egg & Cheese
2 slices bacon
Coffee (with non-dairy creamer - dry powder)?
Lunch:
small steak
small caesar salad (no croutons)
snack: 2 small meatballs
dinner: steak
snack:
celery (1/2) & cucumbers (2 stalks) with ranch dip
pepperoni & cheese (1 oz.)
Water throughout the day
