hi everyone. i think that i am on the right track with my induction menu, but would love some help.
day 1
2 grilled pork kabobs (meat only)
1 grilled steak kabob w/ green peppers
salad with cheese, and red wine vinegrette dressing (carb free)
round steak with red peppers
day2
smoked turkey w/mustard
cheese cubes (cheddar and swiss)
2 double cheeseburgers with no buns, no ketchup (only mustard and pickle)
salad with cheese bacon, peppers, chopped turkey and oil & vinegar
steak with peppers
broccoli
day3
3 eggs with 3 sausage links
steak
salad with red wine vinegrette, bacon, and cheese
cheeseburgers, no bun
