I was hoping I could post what I eat for a week and someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong...my clothes feel loser but i don't see alot of drop in the scale. Thanks Karen
Absolutely! Just post the meals and snacks you are eating daily. Make sure you provide amounts and also include your age and weight as well if you don't mind. This will give us some good information to provide some feedback.
