    2 eggs poached
    decaf coffee w/1 oz heavy cream
    hamburger patty w/slice of green pepper
    chicken wings with season salt
    celery sticks
    radishes
    herbal tea w/splenda

    plenty of water (120 oz at least)
    vitamins

    Hey there Kacowan!

    Looks like your food choices are pretty good. Are you having any issues with the losing? One thing that does pop out at me is that your veggie intake might be low.

      Are you taking in either three ups of salad veggies OR two cups of salad veggies and one cup of "other"? How many chicken wings are you eating? They are often high in calories. I know on atkins we do not count calories but they do count. I can happy eat a ton of calories and not realize the amount of calories I have taken in! I try to limit them to once or twice a month. Your water intake looks GREAT!
