    I'm 47 5 ft 4 weigh 155 today I had 24 oz decaf coffee about 3 TBLS of that cappicunio from the machine....one scrambled egg two bacon, salad with tuna 1 tbls ranch dressing. one ice tea with 2 sweet n lows... for dinner making taco salad...meat on lettuce,tomato, cheese salas and sour cream.......what is wrong if anything with this ?? Thanks Karen Trying to do induction till I drop 20 lbs

    Hi Karen. Thanks for posting your menu.

    On first glance it looks like you might not be eating enough food. If you don't eat a sufficient number of calories, your body will hold on to fat. So eat up, and don't worry too much about the calories at this stage. The natural appetite suppression of ketosis should keep that in check.

    Next, you might want to ditch the coffee or at least the cappucino stuff. I think that's milk right? Milk isn't allowed on induction.
