still on my period of induction, as i did cheat and had 3-4 cherries(thats all, no kidding)
Anyway, heres my diet, its been working all right:

    Breakfast: Cheese Omelette
Snack: String low carb cheese(1 OZ)
Lunch: Whopper with no bun, and lettuce
Dinner: Whopper with cheese, no bun, lettuce

does that sound good enough to produce results?
Ive lost almost 15 lbs on induction before, and im looking to lose more and hit my goal weight of 160 from 183

One thing, I'm Indian. We eat curry and rice. Fortunatly, ive been able to cut out that white rice, and jsut eat the curry. What is in the curry is cooked chicken mixed with broccoli and carrots. is that induction safe?

are buffalo wings a good snack too?

It doesn't look like you're eating enough to me. I think you need more fat and veggies. The lettuce on your whoppers surely didn't equal 3 cups.

I don't know what curry is, so I can't say.

Buffalo wings are a great snack. Just be careful because some of them have sugar in the sauce.

      hi Indianpryd

You might try adding some other veggeis from the 'salad' list in place of some of the lettuce. Sweet peppers, cucumber, celery, daikon etc have more nutrients than lettuce.

Carrots are not an induction-allowed vegetable although the rest of the curry should be fine (depending on what else is added to the usual spices).

We eat our curries served with cooked grated cauliflower (I just microwave it with no added water so it stays quite dry) instead of rice, and my husband actually prefers it to rice!

Remember that on induction the cheese allowance is 3-5 ounces only, so keep an eye on how much you are using.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
