    Typical Day
    B - 2 fried eggs and 2 slices bacon (sometimes sausage)

    Lunch - pork with roaster peppers, spinach with prov. cheese or a chicken breast with spinach and cheese. or chicken cesear salad.

    Snack - cheese stick or celery w/ cream cheese

    Dinner - pork cutlet not breaded, spread cream cheese, roll up, wrap with bacon (2 small - real small equal to one pork chop, sliced in half and pounded out) pieces. or chicken, steak,

    ALso with dinner - a salad = lettuce and cucumbers with ranch dressing.

    what do you think?
    I think i need more fat - ??.
    Started Tuesday 13th - went up 2 - 3 lbs during first few days, then back down.... now probably down 2 lbs. total. Clothes absolutely do not feel any looser.

    It looks good to me, but without quantities it is difficult to see how much fat you had.

    Have you logged your intake into somewhere like www.fitday.com to see what the numbers come out at?

    BTW may I steal your recipe for the pork cutlet - it looks tasty!!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      Is hard to say if you are getting enough fat - looks ok, but it is worth checking, as Elizellen said, with fitday.

      Also, I'd add beware sugar in bacon and also extra carbs in sausages - sometimes breadcrumbs, etc are added.

      Otherwise looks great
