    Scrambled eggs and bacon (moderate portions of each)

    2 cordon bleu chicken patties (removed the breading, college dining hall)

    3 pieces of roasted ham

    some cheese off of 3 slices of pizza

    a large salad

    About 100 ounces of water.







    Starting Weight: 307-310
    Current Weight: 220
    Short Term Goal Weight: 225 by May 1st (met)
    Long Term Goal: 215 pounds by June 12th (almost there!)

    What you listed seems fine - all 'legal', although some ham has sugar added, and you need to check that the cheese was 'real cheese'not 'processed cheese food'.

    Maybe you can spread your veggies across your meals to spread any possible blood sugar spikes from the carbs? And make sure you get some of the higher carb 'salad' veggies like mushrooms/peppers and some off the one-cup list if you can to increase your nutrients. Iceberg lettuce for instance is virtually 'chewy water'!!
