  • Want you to check up!

    Breakfast: 1 c coffee with 1 packet sugar twin
    1 myoplex carb sense shake 2 net carbs (had no time,woke up late)

    Lunch : 2 cups lettuce with 1tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 1 oz olive oil
    6 slices spicy mortadella

    Supper : 1 1/2 legs roasted chicken ( i figure 6-8 oz)
    2 cups lettuce with 1tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 1 oz olive oil

    Snacks : 1 oz turkey jerky

    Beverages : 5 c water ( I know, not enough)

    And I woke up at the same weight this a.m. Is something way wrong here?

    You're on induction, right? I'm thinking balsamic vinegar isn't allowed because of the sugar content. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

    And you really should mix up your veggies. There are so many on the allowed list, and since you're only eating lettuce you're not getting many nutrients or much fiber.

      You are probably right...Guess I will go back to lemon juice and oil, I believe that would be allowed. I am on extended induction because my first 2 weeks were not clean...Lost 7 pounds anyways, but I am stopped now. Think I'll stop weighing myself everyday...

        Yeah, balsamic vinegar does have some sugar, so you might want to skip that. As you know, you gotta watch the shakes. Most people have problems with them.

        Drink your water, and you might want to nix the coffee if you can. Otherwise, good choices...
