I'm doing this right.
Breakfast
2 HB Eggs
Turkey sasuage (1carb)
Black Coffee
Lunch
Ham salad ( onion powder, Mayo and Ham)
about 1/8 cup spread on 2 Romain Lettuce leaves 1 Carb)
Supper
Hambuger Patty with about an ounce of cheese
2 slice of tomatoes (2 carbs)
2 cups of salad greens(3 or 4 carbs) with about 3 TBS of ceaser salad dressing
I have to take a look at the Atkins book to get some recepies, but this ins't too bad for the first day, is it. Any help will be appreicated!
I need to find some snacks to help me get thru the day.
