Hey everyone. I noticed that a lot of people shy away from bacon and sausage because of the added stuff. Is there anything else that someone can suggest to me? I am having a problem eating too much fat and I need to make sure that i'm eating the right thing.

Re: Breakfast Meat
Yeah, ham and turkey slices work really well. Most people outside the US don't eat bacon or sausage or breakfast food in general. So have whatever you want...I sometimes eat leftover pork chops for breakfast! I do however find not much of a problem for me with bacon and sausage and LOVE it!Higgies

Re: Breakfast Meat
I often make a quiche with eggs, cream, cheese and any leftover meat and/or vegetables then have a slice of this for breakfast.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
