  • MY First Day Induction

    Ok so as asked I am going to post my menu for my first day which was yesterday


    Breakfast
    2 Hard Boiled eggs
    1/2 slice of breakfast ham

    Lunch

    Steakums with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese plain no bread

    snack
    3 celery sticks w/ 2 tsp cream cheese

    dinner

    hamburger no bun
    brocolli with butter and cheese

    lots of water
    2 glasses unsweet tea with lemon

    Is that OK?

    Hey there, and welcome!

    Your food choices look great. Now for the "bad" news...you gotta get more veggies in you. You should try to get 3 cups of salad veggies or 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of other veggies.

    If you notice things not going so well, the first thing you'll want to ditch is the tea. Caffeine can have some bad effects on some folks.

      OK so more veggies for me!!

      I know I have been drinking alot of tea but do you think if i put those crystal light packages in a bottle of water will be better? Just cant seem to drink only water.

        Hey congrats on day 1!!!
        Just a suggestion try cutting down or back to decaf tea.....it still has traces of caffeine but not near as much.....that is what I did with my coffee and I have an occasional glass of decaf tea.......TASTE NO DIFFERENT!!

          Oh and I forgot to mention...lemon.....has carbs so be careful......I was drinking my first go around lemon in my water just for variation....but someone told me to watch out for using too much
