Hi, I'm restarting tomorrow and here's the menu...
B-3 egg omlette w/3.5 oz of canned mushrooms drained and cooked in 1 tbsp of butter (I love eggs)
green tea with nothing
S-pepper jack cheese stick
L-salmon salad made with mayo, salt and pepper
chopped cucumbers
D-my spinach chicken soup
Lots of water.
Tonight it's working out with weights. The video on does two reps of 12, but I do an extra rep.
