  • Good Morning All... quick question?

    Yesterday my diet consisted of:

    B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon , decaf tea

    L: salad with grilled chicken, bacon and peppers

    D: steak with a side salad with peppers and cucumbers.

    I know Im doing well with the low to no carbs because I weighed myself this moring and went down 1.5 pounds in a day

    My concern is after dinner. I try to eat before 7pm and nothing after but last night I was getting STRONG urges for food. I didnt know if it is okay to eat after dinner and what some good suggestions are that wont go right to my thighs

    Hope everyone is doing awesome!!! Its almost friday!!!!

    It's fine to eat after dinner. Usually a snack of fat and protein will satisfy you in the evening. I like to crisp pepperoni in the microwave and sprinkle with a little cheese. Or how about a slice of ham or turkey with a little cream cheese rolled up?
