I also had decaf tea w/2 tbsp heavy cream and 1 stevia pack
S - 1.5 oz of cream cheese w/2 oz of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of black pepper (yummo)
L - Romaine lettus, topped with a can of white tuna drained and 1 oz of olives, topped with a vinegerette
D - Hot wings, tomato, green pepper and some onions (like a salad type thing)

I also had a handful of pork rinds, I've been feeling weak and needed something to snack on.
