Here's My Menu For Today

  • Here's My Menu For Today

    B - 2 lg eggs, cooked in 1 tbsp of butter, topped with 1oz of feta cheese
    I also had decaf tea w/2 tbsp heavy cream and 1 stevia pack

    S - 1.5 oz of cream cheese w/2 oz of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of black pepper (yummo)

    L - Romaine lettus, topped with a can of white tuna drained and 1 oz of olives, topped with a vinegerette

    D - Hot wings, tomato, green pepper and some onions (like a salad type thing)

    What do you think?

    I also had a handful of pork rinds, I've been feeling weak and needed something to snack on.

    Looks pretty darn good to me! Even with a mirror attached to the side of your head!!!

    How much water have you drank?

      Looks good to me...might be a little light on the veggies. BUT, if your tomato and onion come out to be 1 cup and your romain lettuce is 1 cup and your green pepper is 1 cup, then you are spot on for your veggies.

        You're too funny with the mirror thing. I chuckle when I'm driving home when I think about it. I drink over 72OZ. What do think about that?

          Thats good. I am sure you know the rules on water, but just in case you dont here goes -

          You must drink a minumum of 64oz a day. And then for every 25lbs of weight you want lose you must add a further 8 oz's

            Yes. I'm good with the veggies. I weigh them! I know they say only have 1 cup. but, if I have like 4 oz of lettuce the carb count is low according to the NI website what I use.

              Yeah, there are hardly any carbs in lettuce--but hardly anything else either. Still, at least you're using romaine....much better than iceberg. The salmon and tuna are excellent choices too for their omega oils.

                Rich thanks for the info. I still think that I have the water thing in order. I'm going to check today. I want to take of 75 pounds, so I'll do my calculations on the 75 pounds.

                  Getting rid of the mirror should help you lost a couple of lbs too........
