  • Need Menu help!

    Im new to this and want to find out why I am not losing this week!

    Brkfst

    2 sunny side up eggs cooked in butter, 3 pieces turkey bacon

    Lunch
    Rotissei chicken( i know i cant spell)
    1c green beans
    ff/sf jello cup

    dinner
    hamberger meat
    2c salad
    1-2 tbsp salad dressing

    water for the day is around 72oz
    I drink 1 diet. dr.pepper a night or less(sometimes I just take a couple sips and thats all)

    Jello? I'd skip it. How much hamburger/chicken?
    Do you use fitday.com to monitor percentages? Do you weigh your food or guess? How much weight do you want to lose?

      Sometimes I use fitday, not like I should. Jello has 0 carbs. Why skip it? Just curious! I measure everything except meats. I only eat til satified though. I need to lose about 40lbs. I lost 10lbs on ind. the first week, then cheated alittle and now back on strong. Its been another week and my pants just dont feel lose. I know Im constipated. Thanks for all the help!
