    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of american cheese

    Snack: 3/4 cup chicken salad, chicken/mayo/celery

    Lunch: Salad: lettuce,cucumber,scalions, and roastbeef on top with italian dressing

    Orbitz gum and 16 oz of crystal light

    Leah, your food choices seem fine so far keep up the good work!!

    Some people find the chewing gum's sweetener causes them problems, either with cravings or slowing up weightloss.
