First of all, thanks for the warm welcome to this board...I'm new!
Secondly, FitDay is GREAT. I just joined and I never realized such a thing existed.
This is my second go round at Atkins so basically, I know it works for me. I do have a couple of questions that I know ya'll can help me with.
First is, are the Russel Stover No Sugar Added mint patties and the like "legal". They say on the front "Splenda" but also are sweetened with maltitol. I am a huge sweet-o-holic and a bit of this product seems to save me from cheating. So, just wondering if this is really okay?
Secondly, flavored water. I am from Canada and buy Nestle Pure Life Lemon Splash which is again sweeted with Splenda and on the back lists zero carbs. I know you have to count some cards for the Splenda though.
I'm not much of a water drinker so I find this easier to drink. It is sweet which satisfies me in that way plus it is water. So, can this be counted towards how much water I should drink a day?
I'm sure I will have many more questions or will just love to interact with everyone here.
This is a great group and I'm so happy I found it. This is definately going to make my weight loss goals much easier to attain.
Stay sweet everyone!
