this is what i'm planning on having today. any advice/tips/opinions,etc would be appreciated:
Breakfast (already had XD ) :
2 eggs (used butter instead of oil though for taste)
Lunch :
3 fish tilapia
3 cups broccoli
Dinner:
hamburger meat with shredded cheese and sour cream
