    hello tharrrr xDDD;

    this is what i'm planning on having today. any advice/tips/opinions,etc would be appreciated:

    Breakfast (already had XD ) :
    2 eggs (used butter instead of oil though for taste)

    Lunch :
    3 fish tilapia
    3 cups broccoli

    Dinner:
    hamburger meat with shredded cheese and sour cream
    When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
    I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

    Hi There!

    The 3 cups of broccoli exceed your daily allowance. During induction you are allowed 3 cups of SALAD veggies (there's a list in the FAQ section) OR 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of others. Broccoli is considered other. In addition, try spreading your carbs out more (veggies) throughout the day. It'll help euqalize things a little better.

      i ended up not eating the broccoli today.. because when i went to cook it.. it wasn't there.. oh well. =/ i need to do some grocery shopping next weekend yes :3.. also.. i did bake the fish this morning.. however..i forgot to take it to work with me.. so lunch became dinner =/

        Yes... two cups salad veggies (not just lettuce) and one cup "other" induction legal veggies, spread out during the day.

        Are you eating enough? You don't put all your quantities...
