well even if its not what you wanted, i'll tell you anyway, cos im like that! heh
you're eating 3 cups of veggies in one go? no... spread them out over the day... You dont hafta eat just lettuce, theres lots of different ones on the lists.
I dont think you're eating enough really either but as you didnt post any amounts i'm guessing.
Have you ready the book? you'd know this already if you had!!
ya know... teas not great either, im a great believer in *just* water for induction
hi, my tea is decaff and i know i can have other veg but lettuce was all i had in today , my pork was a chop and i had a tin of tuna and 2 eggs

I just put what you ate into fitday... youve had 555 calories and thats me hoping you fried the pork... that is nowhere near enough..
Whats your BMR? it doesnt really matter what it is as that is still far too low and you're going to put your body into starvation mode, you will not lose weight eating like this.
no not 3 cups just 1 im not keen on green stuff i do have the book but never sure how uch to have it says as much as you like but dont want to have too much and gain weight i did fry the chop and im not sure what my bmr is or what its ment to be

it doesnt say as much as you like, it clearly states either 3 cups of salad veggies or 2 cups salad veggies and one cup "other" veggies.
You eat as much as you want protein and fat... you dont need to eat too much... you eat until your hunger is satisfied... by day 4 you wont be that hungry anyway.
and you're drinking how much water?

Emma is right - your body will be happier if you can manage the 3 cups of veg on induction (might help avoid 'bathroom issues')
also it is better to have some veggies with each meal if you can, to spread any possible blood sugar spikes.
I seldom eat just lettuce as it has very little nutrition in it - we often call it 'chewy water' here!! I usually add some red and yellow peppers and celery to my lettuce to make it more interesting.
Take a look at the long list of the veggies you can choose from for induction - there are 54 if I recollect it correctly - so hopefully there are some you do like.
And you dont 'have' to eat the salad vegetables raw either, in fact you can eat them cooked any way you like, which might help to make a hitherto hated veg into a favourite. Cooked celery is tasty if you sautee it in butter.
And many usually cooked veggies are great eaten raw - brocolli is great with a creamy sauce to dip it in. My husband hated mushrooms when I met him as he had only ever eaten them fried, he loves them raw now!!
