so i am still freaking out about my diet today...not used to eating all of this fat... so far this is what i have had today...could you guys tell me if i am okay?
breakfast: 2egg omlette with 1/4 cheddar cheese, green bell peppars, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 3 slices of bacon chopped up and 1 tbsp of butter
2 hard boiled eggs
lunch: 1 cup of tuna with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 cup of lettuce, 2 slices of roast beef, 3 slices of small bacon
dinner: 1 cup of tuna and 2tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 cup of lettuce,3 slices of bacon
i am looking at myself feeling so fat and eating all of this fat kinda makes me nervous!!!

There are 54 induction veggies, 53 of which are more exciting than lettuce. You are allowed 3 cups of salad veggies (salad veggies include things like bell peppers, jicama, cucumber, celery, etc.) OR 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of "other" veggies. Other veggies include string beans, spaghetti squash, cauliflower, pumpkin, broccoli, etc.
