bad day, very very bad day...almost caved! but here is what i had...lots and lots of cals,
breakfast: mock danish
4 peices of bacon
3 hard boiled eggs
lunch: 2.5 cups tuna w/4 tbsp of mayo!
2 peices of bacon
1 tsp butter
.5 cup snow peas
dinner: flaxseed meal w/ 1 tbsp butter
3 eggs
2 oz of cheddar cheese
about 2000 calories!!!! i feel so bad about this day! i had 66%fat and 33%protein and 21 carbs!!! yikes!!! will i gain majorly????

I actually found that I lost faster when I ate more calories. How many calories are you eating on a normal day? You should be eating around 1600 - 1800. I don't know your age, but based on the other stats your BMR is about 1600. So 2,000 is not that far off!
