I know that I have only been on this for a week as of today. But I have not lost one pound. Here is a typical day for me.
Breakfast - 1 egg and 2 pieces of bacon
Lunch - a salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing
Dinner - either grilled chicken, round steak or some kind of meat and a
little greenbeans. For a snack it will be some cheese or an Atkins bar.
Lots of water and 2 pieces of sugar free gum.
