    Breakfast:
    2 egg omelet w/cheese

    Snack:
    Sprite Zero

    Lunch:
    Chicken breast w/melted cheese.. salad w/ranch and tomatoe.

    2nd Day

    Breakfast:
    2 egg omelet w/cheese

    Snack:

    Sprite Zero + Advantage bar - double chocolate crunch

    Lunch:

    About to have Steak w/melted cheese and a salad.

    Please review

    I haven't had the time to include more veggies is it ok to add carrots and sqaush?

    noooooooo to advantage bars!! they are bad and make you stall!!

    You cant have carrots either, not til way into OWL

    How many cups was your salad? you need to be having either 3 cups of salad veggies OR 2 cups of salad veggies and one cup of "others" you can find the list in the FAQ section of the boards

    How much water are you drinking?

    You need to be eating every 4-6 hours, make sure your doing that too

    What is sprite zero sweetened with?

      Yeah, ditch the Sprite Zero and make sure you are eating 3 meals and every 4-6 hours as Emma says!

        Are you not eating dinner??? You can't fit in all you need to eat without 3 meals.
