4th day menu...any tips?

  • 4th day menu...any tips?

    breakfast: 2 egg omlette with 1oz mozzarella cheese, 1/4cup spinach, 1/4 cup mushrooms and 3 slices of bacon w/ tsp butter

    Lunch: 6oz of tuna w 3 tbsp of mayo, 1 cup of lettuce and 1/4 cup of onions

    snack: 3 tbsp of cream cheese w/ 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 splenda packets

    Dinner: 3oz of tuna w/ 1 cut up hard boiled egg and 2 peices of balogna...

    1460 calories, 65%fat, 31%protein and 13carbs for the grand total....
    the only thing wrong that i can see is i may have gone over the cheese a little bit and the balogna may not be as good as i could have eaten..but do you guys see any other problems???

    August 30th: PT test/Weigh in for the Naval Academy!!!
    Inches lost since May 28th: 2.5 Thighs, 1 hips, 2 waist

    Ok well you answered your own first of all, bologna is not the best, you could of chosen an unprocessed option

    You could do with a few more veggies i only see 1 1/2 cups of salad veggies and 1/4 cup of other veggies - remember spinach was moved to the 2 cup list.

    Other than that you look great!! your ratios are brill, are your calories high enough towards your BMR?

      well i don't know. that is something i have been really confused about..how many calories to be eating... is there some way to tell how many i should be eating?
