  • 1st Day Back Menu

    So here's how it's gone so far:


    Breakfast: Mock Danish (2 oz. cream cheese, 3 large eggs, 1tsp Splenda, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract)

    Snack: 1/2 cup sliced seasoned (garlic salt and pepper) chicken breast and 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 litre water

    Lunch: 1 cup sliced chicken breast, 2 tbspn no carb ceasar dressing, 1 cup mixed greens, 1 single serving sugar free jell-o cup

    Snack: 1 cheese string, 6 medium green olives

    Dinner: Steak (10oz.) w/Frank's hot sauce, 1 cup spinach w/1tbsp butter

    I put this into fitday and the calorie count is like 1700 or something. Do you think this is acceptable?

    Feeling a little tense.

    Looks great to me! but just watch that jello, its sweetened with aspartame and can stall lots of people, its recommended you stay away from it the first 14 days

    How were your percentages in fitday?

    Are you getting enough water in? i only see one litre there, it should be a minimum of 2, plus some for the weight you want to lose.

      Thanks Emma...I think I'll just cut the Jello out altogether...the raspberry diet rite tastes exactly the same anyway and it's made with Splenda. LOL...I posted just as I left work and drank the rest of my water at home...it's difficult to work and have to run to the little girls room every forty seconds!!
