This is my 2nd day in induction, and I'm starting to feel the symptoms of entering ketosis (head ache, thirst... these are normal eih?).
I wanted to get reviews on my menu, and also ask about flaxseed (I suffer from constipation normally).
In the mornings I make a "flaxseed fake bread" (6 egg whites, protein powder zero carb, and 2 spoons flaxseed ). But lately in the house they bought a flaxseed with grape seed extract. I don't know if it is allowed in induction (the grape seed extract). I only take two spoons of it, spread in 2 meals, 1 before working out with weights, and the second, after finishing my workout.
What do you think?

"fake flaxseed bread" makes two: (6 egg white, 40grs isolate zero carb protein powder, 2 spoons flaxseed with grape seed extract).
7am 1 flaxseed bread with butter. Decafeinated coffee.
8am 1 hour work out (weights) gym
10am half flaxseed bread with tuna and olive oil
1pm half flaxseed bread with tuna and olive oil
3pm chicken thighs (2) cup of mixed green salad + olive oil.
6pm perhaps pork rinds or tuna with olive oil.
9pm tuna steak or salmon stake with mixed green salad and OO.
